Sugarbush Farm is open 7 days a week from 9am-5pm. Phones are answered during this time.
Leslie Luce, our office manager is available to take orders during the week and our farm store and cheese packing staff answer calls and take orders on the weekends. Should you require research into past orders or wanting to place several gift orders not during our 9-5 hours, you can call 800-281-1757 and leave a message or send us an email at contact@sugarbushfarm.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
Near the Christmas holidays we have office staff to answer calls on weekends and may be available somewhat later than 5pm Eastern time during the week. Not all staff have access to your computer information, so please be patient with them as they ask for all the required information to complete your order. After hours you can order online, fax an order to 802-457-3269 or send your order to the above email address.
