Buffalo summer sausage
We visited the farm on our fall trip bad bought this sausage. It was AMAZING. We love summer sausage, but know it is not the healthiest. With the buffalo, we had good and healthy all wrapped up into one. We ordered to share and eat for Christmas!!!
