*During the hot summer months (May-October) we suggest getting an insulated box, when the temperature is over 75 degrees. Even though the gel pack may be thawed by the time you receive it, it has done it's job to keep your cheese cool during transit*

As a long time cheese lover I was amazed at how creamy, soft and flavorful this product is. The packaging keeps the product like it has just been made. I would highly recommend Sugarbush Farms products to anyone!
