All our Pure Vermont Maple Syrup is made here on our hillside farm from 6000 maple trees that Jeff and Ralph tap each spring.
The sap from the trees is collected, every time the sap runs in the early spring, with our team of Belgian draft horses. Our sap is boiled down in the family sugarhouse over a wood fire.
