This five pound block of Super Extra Sharp Cheddar is aged approximately 6 years. This cheese is full of the extra sharp flavor you would expect from Sugarbush Farm. Although cheese does lose some of its moisture as it ages, this cheese maintains a consistent character. A bit on the crumbly side with a few whey crystals. It's rare to find white cheddar this old and wickedly sharp!
