This cheddar, at 8 years old, has the flavor, texture, aroma and body of a cheddar at least 3-4 years older. Not only is this the finest 8-year cheddar that I have ever tasted, the price placed it almost into the "bargain" category. What more could anyone ask?

I love a good extra sharp cheddar, and have tried many different ones over the years. The Sugarbush 8 year old is the best I've ever had -- bar none. It is tangy and sharp, yet has a somewhat buttery texture. Can't praise it highly enough.

THIS IS THE ONLY CHEESE THAT I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TOLERATE IN 3 YEARS..I visited the shop and trusted the info I received. IT IS AMAZING TO BE ABLE TO EAT CHEESE AGAIN, I love it!

I first tried it last September on a visit to the Farm. I've ordered it several times since then -- it is expensive, but it is also, without a doubt, the very best sharp cheddar I have ever tasted.

This "old"cheese is amazing. The flavor is, by far, the best flavor in a cheese I have ever had during my 68 years of cheesing. It is expensive, but understandable since they need to keep it under exact conditions for a long time. If you love true favor in the cheese, try this.
