This Super Extra Sharp Cheddar is aged approximately six years! With this cheese we had to push the limits and keep it until it was more than perfect. Our commitment to this cheese goes without saying.
*During the hot summer months (May-October) we suggest getting an insulated box, when the temperature is over 75 degrees. Even though the gel pack may be thawed by the time you receive it, it has done it's job to keep your cheese cool during transit*

Just the best cheddar I've ever eaten.
Headline says it all at my age... I have done my share of cheddar and maybe about 1/2 of someone else's. Great stuff...

SUPER extra sharp!
My son loves this 6 year cheese. It is the perfect EXTRA sharp cheese -- great taste and texture. We have visited Sugarbush a few times on our trips to Vermont and is our favorite by-far of all the Vermont cheeses we have tried!
