A smooth and creamy mellow Vermont cheddar aged approximately 6-10 months. It's very versatile, excellent for both cooking and cheese and crackers.
*During the hot summer months (May-October) we suggest getting an insulated box, when the temperature is over 75 degrees. Even though the gel pack may be thawed by the time you receive it, it has done it's job to keep your cheese cool during transit*
