It takes almost two pounds of Maple syrup to make this pound jar of smooth whipped maple cream. It's perfect for spreading on toast, muffins or hot biscuits. Sometimes called maple butter...but the actual ingredient is just pure maple syrup boiled a little longer.

I have never heard of this but I am so happy I tried it. It was so good on a scone I made. Now I just need to find more recipes to try it on. I can't just eat it out of the jar you know!
