*During the hot summer months (May-October) we suggest getting an insulated box, when the temperature is over 75 degrees. Even though the gel pack may be thawed by the time you receive it, it has done it's job to keep your cheese cool during transit*

This cheese has a wonderful depth of flavor! It's my husband's everyday snacking cheese. He saves the the Super Extra sharp & Extra sharp cheeses for special treat.

This is a really nice cheese. I slice it to make a grilled cheese sandwich for my Mom. She absolutely enjoys it (And at 86 that is no small thing). Great flavor and texture.
